F.A.C.E. is an initiative created by the team at Extraordinary Ones, an international group of social entrepreneurs. Extraordinary Ones was set up to give people a simple way of helping children in need all over the world. F.A.C.E. is an offshoot of our vision to feed 1,000,000 children on an ongoing and sustainable basis. Did you know that hunger kills 6 million children every year? When reading facts like this, it is easy to think “What can I do?” At Extraordinary Ones we believe we have a simple solution - Have you heard the starfish story?

A boy walks along a beach surrounded by thousands of starfish that have been washed up on the shore. As he walks along, he picks one up and throws it back into the sea.

His father asks “Why are you doing that, son? There are so many - you can’t possibly make a difference”.

While the adult was speaking the child had collected another starfish and returned it to the ocean.

“It made a difference to that one,” was his reply.

You get the point don’t you? But this isn’t about starfish; it’s about people, about children. We’ve come up with a simple way that we can all make a difference, maybe even save a life, for 25 cents a day. That’s the financial equivalent of throwing that starfish back - no effort at all.

It’s simple and better still, 100% of your contribution goes to feeding children around the world.

* It costs $0.25 a day to feed a child while they are attending school.

* You set up a pre-paid account with us via the buttons below.

* You use PayPal or your debit/credit card to donate a monthly amount.

* Every day we deduct $0.25 from your account and donate 100% to our causes.

* We email you four days before the month ends to remind you to top up your account.

* Every day you receive a thank you email from the F.A.C.E. team on behalf of the children.

* Remember 100% goes towards feeding children.

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW:

Payments can be made via Paypal or debit/credit card. Please choose the option you prefer. Donations will be deducted monthly or yearly, whichever you choose, and we will notify you when the payment takes place.
